Kristy and Scott are former neighbors who first met while working on a year-long community project to rebuild a neighborhood park in Mill Valley, CA. They discovered their shared passion for real estate investment and began a partnership in 2007. Combined they have over 23 years experience owning residential real estate, property management and rehabbing. Kristy’s 10+ years of experience in Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis give her an analytical skill set that complements Scott’s 20+ years experience in outside sales with a successful track record of cultivating and expanding business.
